A beautiful, very well made stainless steel 'heavy duty' collar
The collar is 15mm thick, the inernal diameter is 120mm (4.73") and will fit a neck upto 38cm(15").
The collar is lockable with a steel threaded nut and allen key.
There is a smaller ring (40mm) attached to the collar for other attachments.
